Paper Submission Instructions
Authors are invited to submit original research papers in the prescribed IEEE double-column format. The paper should not exceed 6 pages, including figures and references.
Additional Requirements:
- A Turnitin plagiarism report (including AI-generated content detection) must be submitted along with the paper.
- The text similarity index must be below 10% (excluding references).
- The AI-generated content (as per Turnitin AI report) must be below 20%.
